Tim Lisle, AIA is an accomplished architect with more than 40 years of experience in his field. Lisle joined Precis in 2021 as Senior Director of Process Architecture. He has expertise in the programming, planning, and design of highly technical facilities for corporate and government clients in various markets, including life science, technology, industrial, and public safety. Tim leads the process design efforts on complex pharmaceutical and biotech projects across a range of research & development, drug development, and manufacturing facilities. Working in close coordination with other Precis process and building engineering disciplines, Tim provides highly responsive, innovative engagement addressing specific client needs from project inception to full design and execution.

Mandeep Bola

Process Architectural Designer

Mandeep is an accomplished architectural designer with more than 5 years of technical architectural experience. Mandeep has expertise in architectural design of process driven facilities. His knowledge center focus is understanding the critical process and flows of a facility. Ultimately, he is responsible for developing programmatic schematic plans, detailed plans/sections, and thorough code reviews. His technical concentration has been in compliance to GMP and general lab standards to ensure an operational facility for the client.
