Avril J. Vermunt

Avril loves channeling her 20+ years of experience towards partnerships with a focus on intensified processes to enable next generation manufacturing to improve patient accessibility & affordability. Her previous experiences includes leadership positions at EQRx & Adverum Bio, technology strategy and management roles at Cytiva, Amgen Process Development and Fujifilm Diosynth.

She has been an ISPE member since joining the student chapter at North Carolina State University, where she received her degree in Chemical Engineering. She also completed the Executive MBA program at the University of Colorado and is in progress in the Doctorate of Engineering program at Pennsylvania State University.
