Heike Roeder

Heike Roeder in her role as Vice President QA International at Amerisource is leading the global Quality Management System responsible driving compliance, operational excellence and digital transformation.

Heike brings in a wealth experience from 20 years in the Pharma Industry and consulting in senior positions, such as commercial production, clinical trial supply, knowledge management, organizational development, innovation and strategy, and quality management.

She is recognized as industry influencer for Quality 4.0 demonstrating impressive results in several successful transformations of enterprise-wide QMS towards a data-driven process-orientated QMS, including development of industry-novel digital applications.

With her expertise, Heike has been an active contributor for the ISPE since many years, and is now industry advisory for the Pharma 4.0 COP.

She graduated from the University of Düsseldorf (Germany) with a degree in Pharmacy and is certified as Lean Sigma Green Belt and as Change Coach for systemic changes.
