Marci Goldfinger is the Global Director of Consumer Health Quality Strategy at Johnson & Johnson and responsible for orchestrating the matrixed inputs to define the short and long term strategies, capabilities, and objectives to deliver on key outcomes for the organization. Prior to this role, Marci led the global Quality Metrics team in this organization and was the global process owner for QSMR. She has been actively involved in the ISPE FDA Quality Metrics journey since 2013 and is now on ISPE’s Advancing Pharmaceutical Quality “Management Review & Responsibility” team.
Marci has over 25 years of experience in industry with increasing responsibilities at different-sized companies. First in Medical Devices in the areas of product assurance, regulatory affairs, global clinical trials and as a Manufacturing Site Quality Head where she improved the quality system to improve efficiency and compliance and gained the company’s first CE Marks. In pharmaceuticals, she led a corporate audit program focused on Pharmacovigilance, Promotion, Privacy, Labeling and Affiliate GMPs before arriving at Johnson & Johnson.
Marci holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and an MS degree in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University.
