Michael A. Arnold is Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships and Investigational Products Business Process Owner for Pfizer's Global Clinical Supply Chain. In this capacity he is responsible for process improvements, innovation and for several Review Boards focused on Quality and business process improvements for Investigational Products. He has worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for the past 39 years. Mr. Arnold is a member and Past Chair of the ISPE Investigational Products Community of Practice, Past Chair of the New Content Advisory Group, a member of the ISPE Regulatory Subcommittee, a member and Past Chair of the ISPE Community of Practice Council, Past-Chair of the ISPE Quality Metrics Governance Team, and a member of the former Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Leadership Forum (GPMLF). He is also past Chair of the ISPE International Board of Directors and Past Chair of the ISPE Foundation. He is a contributing author to ISPE’s Good Practice Guide on Intetractive Response Technology and has been a speaker at several local and international educational events. In 2011 ISPE named him its Member of the Year. Mr. Arnold holds a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy and is a licensed and registered pharmacist in the state of Connecticut. In 2012 he was elected “Pharmacist of the Year” by the Connecticut Society of Health Systems Pharmacists.
