Miriam has over 20 years’ international experience in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector and joined Biopharm Services in 2008 to lead the Marketing and Sales department of the BioSolve process modelling platform and now BioSolve PLM and Connect a framework for bioprocess Knowledge Management. Prior to joining Biopharm Services, Miriam spent 14 years based at Stedim Biosystems headquarters in France, now Sartorius Stedim Biotech, where she held roles in Key Account Management and as Head of Marketing. In this context since joining BPS Miriam frequently gets involved in disposable consulting exercises. In 2008 Miriam founded the ISPE global disposables Community of Practice of which she was the Chair for the 1st three years. She is a regular presenter at International conferences and has published widely notable as co-author of 2 industry columns “The disposables advisor” in Biopharm International & “Delivering affordable biologics” in Bioprocess International where she also serves on the editorial committee.
Miriam holds an MBA from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Marseille and is a Senior Visiting lecturer at MBI continuous education biomanufacturing training courses, University College London. At Biopharm Services Miriam has a global role and has many opportunities to experience first-hand the rapid changes that this industry is currently going through.
