Zen-Zen is the Head of Engineering at Bayer AG Supply Center Grenzach in Germany.
She holds a master's degree in Biotechnology from TU Braunschweig, Germany.
In 2015 she started at Bayer AG as Engineering Trainee in Bayer's International Future Leadership Program, a graduate rotational program designed to give an insight into business & people leadership. From 2015 to 2017 she managed capital investment projects as Venture Manager in Mexico and Germany with focus on manufacturing, fill and finish of highly potent APIs. In 2020 Zen-Zen moved into an operational role as Head of Production Maintenance for Bayer Supply Center Grenzach overseeing all maintenance activities at site before taking over the Head of Engineering in November, 2022.
