Panelists
Dave Koncak is a Senior Project Executive at GBA. He leads GBA’s Asset Management and Reliability Engineering group. He is a certified reliability leader and Lean Green Belt. He is been active in ISPE for over 30 years holding various positions at the chapter and international levels. He was one of the co-founders of the Midwest Chapter of ISPE. He has spent 35 years with various pharmaceutical manufacturers in senior management roles before joining GBA in 2018.
Mick Lynam is a Director of PM Group with over 30 years’ experience in leadership roles on major projects in the Biopharmaceuticals, Advanced Technology, Oil & Gas, Energy and Healthcare sectors. He started his career with BP in Scotland working in Plant Engineering, Shutdown Management and Project Engineering roles at the Grangemouth Oil Refining & Petrochemical works. Over his 25 years with PM Group he has held a variety of roles including Project Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Manager and Director of Business Development. He is a member of the core team responsible for the ISPE Good Practice Guide for Project Management and is also a member of the advisory board of the Centre for Project Management at the University of Limerick, Ireland
Ed Hill is a Senior Program Manager at West Pharmaceutical Services, Exton PA with over 20 years of experience in providing parenteral solutions to the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device industries. In his time at West Pharmaceutical Services Ed has led numerous large and small programs to develop new products, build and commission new facilities, and expand production capacity. Ed has attained a Plastics Engineering Technology Degree and Penn State University, an M.B.A. from Eastern University, and has a PMP certification with the Project Management Institute. He is a the current chair of the ISPE Project Management Community of Practice. Ed is also the President of the Board for ActingAntics.org a charity that provides communication therapy utilizing acting and music skills to kids on the Autism spectrum.
